Returns - in store only
You have 14 days to return unused items in original condition with receipt and original packaging for a full refund in the form of the original tender. Items with gift receipt will be refunded to store credit. Store credit or exchange only for items returned within 30 days. After 30 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale. Products that have been used, damaged, or opened are not eligible for return.
In-Store Purchase: Please note the 14 days starts from the date that the order shows placed.
Online Purchase - Pick up option: Please note the 14 days starts from the date that the order shows placed, not the pickup date.
Online Purchase - Shipping option: Please note the 14 days starts from the date that the package shows delivered.
Exchanges - in store only
We accept exchanges for unused items in original condition with receipt or order number within 30 days of purchase. Please note the 30 days starts from the date that the package shows delivered for online order - shipping option. For both in-store and online with pickup option purchases, the 30 days starts form the date that the order placed.
Cancellation
We commit to process online orders as quickly as we could, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped. Please contact us at 1-416-917-5088 if you need to cancel an order, and we'll let you know if your order is eligible to be cancelled.
Price Adjustment
If price of the items that you purchased dropped within 7 days, we are glad to offer price adjustment to match the sale price. You don't have to bring back the items, just let us know your order number and we'll process the price adjustment as soon as we could.
