Shipping & Pick up Information

SHIPPING

To get your products quickly, we try our best to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days (Thursday - Monday). Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada.

If there are any discrepancies with shipping amounts (i.e. over-sized items that require shipping chargers to be calculated after the order has been placed) we will contact you via phone or email to discuss price changes or shipping options. 

All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to littlebookmonsters.canada@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the items. 

Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges. 

Little Book Monsters reserves the right to cancel and/or not ship an order at any time.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for orders over $159 (before taxes) within Ontario. Orders below $159 (before taxes) are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee.

We offer free shipping for orders over $199 (before taxes) outside Ontario. Orders below $199 (before taxes) are subject to a $14.99 shipping fee.

Free shipping is eligible for orders shipping within Canada with some exception areas: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other rural areas. These exception areas are determined by our shipping partners. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will contact you as quickly as possible with shipping options.

CANCELLATION

We process online orders as quickly as possible. To cancel your order, please call us at 416-917-5088 as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has been processed and picked up by carrier, your order will not be able to cancel anymore. 

STORE PICK UP

Customers will be notified by email/text once your items are ready for pickup. Same day pickup available on working days.
