This is a set of traditional Chinese festival picture books for children aged 3 to 6 years old, with a total of 6 volumes. Each volume first takes the representative food of traditional festivals as the protagonist, tells stories that happen around children, and incorporates the theme of growth into it. Then introduce the "Festival Encyclopedia", listing the origins, customs, food customs, poetry and proverbs of the festival, etc. There is also a "hands-on" section, which uses anthropomorphic techniques to introduce the raw materials and production methods of representative foods to promote parent-child interaction and cultivate children's hands-on ability.

About the Author

Zhu Huifang is a member of the Chinese Writers Association. Won the 2017 Bing Xin Children's Literature New Work Award, and her works were selected into the 100 Outstanding Publications for National Youth in 2016, the "Lauren Children's Book" in 2019, the 7th "China Children's Book List", "Excellent Children's Picture Books (2020)", etc.
