About the Author

Wouter de Jong, public speaker, certified trainer, holds a master's degree in Dutch law and became a psychological trainer after receiving training in compassion and mindfulness at Vrije Universiteit. He has given training lectures at many international companies such as McKinsey, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
