About the Author

Han Xu is a picture book creator, young illustrator, and practitioner of children's aesthetic education. He graduated from Shandong Art Institute in 2010 with a major in visual communication. He later studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, Italy, majoring in illustration and publishing, and received a master's degree in art. His debut novel "Little Red Riding Hood Out of the Forest" won the 2017 "My Favorite Children's Books" Picture Book Category Gold Award, the Italian National Higher Art School CLAUDIO ABBADO Competition Illustration Gold Award and many other awards.
